Al termine del periodo di conservazione stabilito, i suoi dati personali saranno cancellati o comunque resi anonimi in via irreversibile, fatto salvo il caso in cui Sicor S.r.l. sia tenuta a conservare i dati per un periodo ulteriore per adempiere ad obblighi di legge o di regolamenti o per esercitare o difendere un diritto in sede giudiziaria.<\/p>\n<p>Il periodo di conservazione \u00e8 diverso a seconda della finalit\u00e0 del trattamento, in particolare:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; per consentire la navigazione e per finalit\u00e0 di sicurezza i dati sono conservati per tutta la durata della sessione;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; per adempiere agli obblighi di legge per 10 anni;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; in caso di controversia giudiziaria i suoi dati saranno conservati per il termine necessario alla tutela in sede giudiziaria di un diritto da parte di Sicor S.r.l. o di un terzo o nei limiti imposti dall\u2019Autorit\u00e0 Giudiziaria.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> &#8211; Trasferimento dati a paesi extra Ue<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il presente sito potrebbe condividere alcuni dei dati raccolti con servizi localizzati al di fuori dell&#8217;area dell&#8217;Unione Europea. In particolare, con Google per quanto riguarda i cookie tecnici che vengono utilizzati come di seguito riportato al punto 10 della presente policy privacy, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal Reg. Eu. 679\/2016.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> &#8211; Categorie di soggetti che potranno avere accesso ai dati<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Oltre al Titolare del trattamento, Sicor S.r.l., in alcuni casi, potrebbero avere accesso ai dati soggetti interni all\u2019azienda (ad esempio personale amministrativo, commerciale, marketing, legali, amministratori di sistema) quali incaricati del trattamento o soggetti esterni (come ad esempio fornitori di servizi tecnici terzi, hosting provider, societ\u00e0 informatiche, agenzie di comunicazione) in qualit\u00e0 di Responsabili del Trattamento<em> ex<\/em> art. 28 Gdpr, coinvolti nell\u2019organizzazione del sito.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> &#8211; Diritti dell\u2019Utente\/Interessato<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La informiamo che in qualit\u00e0 di interessato, oltre al diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante della Privacy, ha anche i diritti previsti dagli artt. 7 co. 3, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 e 22 del GDPR, che potr\u00e0 esercitare rivolgendo apposita richiesta scritta al Titolare del trattamento come indicati al punto 1. Di seguito si riporta il testo degli articoli sopra citati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GDPR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Art. 7, co. 3 \u2013 Diritto alla revoca del consenso<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di revocare il proprio consenso in qualsiasi momento. La revoca del consenso non pregiudica la liceit\u00e0 del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 15 &#8211; Diritto di accesso<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la conferma che sia o meno in corso un trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano e in tal caso, di ottenere l\u2019accesso ai dati personali e alle informazioni riguardanti il trattamento.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 16 &#8211; Diritto di rettifica<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che lo riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo. Tenuto conto delle finalit\u00e0\u0300 del trattamento, l&#8217;interessato ha il diritto di ottenere l&#8217;integrazione dei dati personali incompleti, anche fornendo una dichiarazione integrativa.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 17 &#8211; Diritto alla cancellazione (diritto all\u2019oblio)<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo e il Titolare del trattamento ha l&#8217;obbligo di cancellare senza ingiustificato ritardo i dati personali.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 18 &#8211; Diritto di limitazione del trattamento<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la limitazione del trattamento quando ricorre una delle seguenti ipotesi:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) l&#8217;interessato contesta l&#8217;esattezza dei dati personali, per il periodo necessario al titolare del trattamento per verificare l&#8217;esattezza di tali dati personali;<\/li>\n<li>b) il trattamento e\u0300 illecito e l&#8217;interessato si oppone alla cancellazione dei dati personali e chiede invece che ne sia limitato l&#8217;utilizzo;<\/li>\n<li>c) bench\u00e9\u0301 il Titolare del trattamento non ne abbia pi\u00f9\u0300 bisogno ai fini del trattamento, i dati personali sono necessari all&#8217;interessato per l&#8217;accertamento, l&#8217;esercizio o la difesa di un diritto in sede giudiziaria;<\/li>\n<li>d) l&#8217;interessato si e\u0300 opposto al trattamento ai sensi dell&#8217;articolo 21, paragrafo 1, in attesa della verifica in merito all&#8217;eventuale prevalenza dei motivi legittimi del Titolare del trattamento rispetto a quelli dell&#8217;interessato.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Art. 20 &#8211; Diritto alla portabilit\u00e0\u0300 dei dati<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati personali che lo riguardano forniti a un Titolare del trattamento e ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del Titolare del trattamento cui li ha forniti.<\/p>\n<p>Nell&#8217;esercitare i propri diritti relativamente alla portabilit\u00e0\u0300 dei dati a norma del paragrafo 1, l&#8217;interessato ha il diritto di ottenere la trasmissione diretta dei dati personali da un Titolare del trattamento all&#8217;altro, se tecnicamente fattibile.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 21 &#8211; Diritto di opposizione<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di opporsi in qualsiasi momento, per motivi connessi alla sua situazione particolare, al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano ai sensi dell&#8217;articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettere e) o f), compresa la profilazione sulla base di tali disposizioni.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 22 &#8211; Diritto di non essere sottoposto a processo decisionale automatizzato, compresa la profilazione<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;interessato ha il diritto di non essere sottoposto a una decisione basata unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato, compresa la profilazione, che produca effetti giuridici che lo riguardano o che incida in modo analogo significativamente sulla sua persona.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> &#8211; Cookies<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tipo di Cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il sito <a href=\"https:\/\/sicoritaly.horama.it\">www.sicoritaly.com<\/a> utilizza cookies per rendere l\u2019esperienza di navigazione dell\u2019utente pi\u00f9 facile ed intuitiva: i cookies sono piccole stringhe di testo utilizzate per memorizzare alcune informazioni che possono riguardare l\u2019utente, le sue preferenze o il dispositivo di accesso a Internet (computer, tablet o cellulare) e vengono utilizzate principalmente per adeguare il funzionamento del sito alle aspettative dell\u2019utente, offrendo un\u2019esperienza di navigazione pi\u00f9 personalizzata e memorizzando le scelte effettuate in precedenza.<\/p>\n<p>Un cookie consiste in un ridotto insieme di dati trasferiti al browser dell\u2019utente da un server web e pu\u00f2 essere letto unicamente dal server che ha effettuato il trasferimento.
